Our Process
Concept
We start the process by working with you to create a concept design for your proposed project. We take the time to listen to your needs and desires and reflect that into your design. Documentation that is provided at this stage would commonly be a floor plan, elevations and perspectives.
Development
We then develop the plans which will give an opportunity to make any changes, cost control and engage with subconsultants to understand their work and fees.
Construction detail & documentation
This stage is to provide all architectural plans, construction details, specification documentation and prepare to lodge to the appropriate council. We will coordinate and liaise with all appropriate sub consultants and integrate their information and documentation with our set.
Building consent
Once we have lodged your documentation to council we will manage the process through to when the plans are issued.
